Description

This is a 100% aluminum dual core lightweight radiator with aluminum end tanks w/ fan shroud kit. It can also accept aftermarket fans. It is designed to replace the OEM radiator for the Subaru WRX 2008-2014 and STI from 2008-2021. A new radiator cap and drain plug are included. All cores are polished to a mirror finish. Manual transmission only.

Great product, cant ship other than billing addy	February 19, 2024

my one and only complaint is that I am not allowed to ship to a different address other than my billing address even though there is an option for different shipping address, which is difficult since it requires a signature for delivery. we got the radiator and it looks amazing, welds are perfect, hopefully it works as well as it looks!

2010 STi Yonaka Radiator	November 1, 2022

Replaced my factory radiator with this Yonaka radiator on my 2010 STi SE. Install was fairly easy, I did have to cut the electrical and splice it together which took an extra 30 min or so. Everything bolted up as expected after that. I was even able to install a COBB radiator shroud that fits fairly well. For the price, this is a great OEM+ product.

Awesome Yonaka radiator.
Outstanding price.
The radiator fit perfectly in my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT MT. The radiator has a great weld construction and mirror finish. Super quiet fast fans. The radiator has everything needed to be installed. The radiator has a bolt for the coolant over flow bottle where it can be mounted and it holds it perfectly with no need of support brackets. The only modification you will need to do is to cut the original electric connectors wires of the oem radiator fans and splice them to the new Yonaka radiator fans. I bought a pack of 14-16 AWG connectors and crimp tool at Harbor Freight Tools to the job. I used two gallons of Subaru Super coolant 50/50 and a bottle of Subaru coolant conditioner. I also bought at Amazon a No-Spill coolant kit. Use the No-Spill coolant kit to fill your vehicle at the top radiator reservoir and bleed the air out of the coolant system. Now my SUBI has a better cooling temperature. Thank you!!! Yonaka

Good looking rad.
Fans are surprisingly quiet.
Can't beat the price point.
Quick delivery.

Installed in 2010 FXT, good fit, only slight modifications to upper rad supports required, small trimming of hoses to allow for extra thickness of rad, and you have to create overflow bottle brackets.

**If you install this in a 09-12 (SH) FXT you will need to have an aftermarket tranny cooler, (or have a manual tranny swap)**

**This could also be used in a N/A car, just put a plug in the threaded port that goes to the expansion tank that is on the turbo models.**

**Be sure to get 1.3 bar rad cap, rad comes with 1.1bar cap. To match OE you need 1.3bar cap (turbo models), OE cap does not fit.**

Constructive criticism:
The rad is designed without supports for the coolant over flow bottle. You will need to fabricate these yourself. It's not rocket science, but fabricating brackets in the garage at -10C isn't fun.

Overall, very happy.
Strongly recommended.
